Join us on Monday April 22nd from 5-9pm at Hampshire Dining Commons to indulge in a delightful menu featuring responsibly sourced seafood, carefully selected to support healthy oceans and marine ecosystems.
Guest chef, Barton Seaver, will showcase their culinary expertise through a captivating cooking demonstration, revealing innovative techniques for preparing delicious seafood dishes while prioritizing sustainability. The presentation and cooking demonstration will start at 6pm in the Hampshire Room.
