Farmer Spotlight Dinner Series: North Hadley Sugar Shack

Join us for a Farmer Spotlight dinner event featuring UMass Dining’s local farm partner, North Hadley Sugar Shack. We’re excited to showcase the journey of tree to table and indulge in the pure sweetness of locally produced maple syrup! Owners, Joe and Shelly Boisvert, will be joining us to share their journey and tell the story of North Hadley Sugar Shack. Join us at Worcester Commons from 5:30-7:30pm for an evening of celebrating the connection between our dining tables and the thriving local farms that enrich our UMass community!
