Join us for a Farmer Spotlight dinner event featuring UMass Dining’s local farm partner, Thomas Farm & Dairy. Prepare your taste buds as we feature two menu items using their award-winning chevre cheese from their happy Nubian goats! Owners, Jim Thomas and Laurie Cuevas, will be joining us to share their journey and tell the story of Thomas Farm. Join us at Worcester Commons from 5:30-7:30pm for an evening of celebrating the connection between our dining tables and the thriving local farms that enrich our UMass community!
